NewTown Loans provides loans for commercial real estate acquisition, construction, and development. Our loans are typically the second position loan behind a traditional lender. 

Our commercial real estate loans are available to businesses located in Macon’s urban core/downtown area. 

The application process begins with an intake survey. After this, our Business Consultant will contact you to gather more information. If your business meets the initial criteria, we will send you a link to complete our online application. If needed, we can also provide you with instructions on how to complete the application in person.
