Developed in collaboration with industry experts and powered by a grant from the Georgia Power Foundation, the academy offers immersive training to drive business growth in Macon's vibrant community.
About Marketing Academy
NewTown Macon's Marketing Academy is a comprehensive 12-session program designed to empower growth-oriented entrepreneurs with practical digital marketing skills. Led by industry experts and tailored to Macon's unique business landscape, the academy covers key topics such as crafting compelling narratives, targeting ideal customers, and maximizing online presence. Through interactive workshops and personalized guidance, participants gain actionable insights to fuel their marketing efforts and achieve long-term success. To take the academy, there is a $495 fee that is to be paid if selected.Â
Who Should Apply
This program is designed for existing businesses that have an established product or service to sell and are ready to take their marketing efforts to the next level. Entrepreneurs who have not established their business or are in the process of launching their new business are not eligible to participate in the program.Â

Graduates of the Marketing Academy receive a certificate of completion and an array of exclusive benefits to support their business endeavors. Alongside invaluable knowledge, collections, and skills, participants enjoy a complimentary month at The Office, NewTown's premier coworking space, a professional headshot, website listing, and a waived loan origination fee, up to $500, for their first loan with NewTown Macon. These benefits are designed to provide tangible resources and support to kickstart participants' marketing initiatives and drive sustained business growth.
