SPECIAL EVENTS

Family Fun Zone

From 5:30pm to 7:30pm every First Friday, NewTown Macon offers games and crafts for families to enjoy together. The Fun Zone is set up in Third Street Park in front of Piedmont Brewery and Kitchen. This event is free and open to the public!

Soul Spots

During First Friday, the streets of downtown Macon come alive with soulful sounds from local musicians. Pop-up performances take place on the sidewalk outside of retailers and restaurants. Stop by to listen while enjoying all that downtown has to offer and you'll realize that Macon is where soul lives. Soul Spots are generously sponsored by Visit Macon.
