Developer’s Boot Camp

Do you own a house that you want to turn into a rental property? Have you inherited property and want to learn how to turn into an investment? Or are you looking to purchase an income-producing property? The Developer’s Boot Camp, presented by NewTown Macon, is for you!
During this 1-day crash course, you’ll learn how to leverage your investment, vet potential properties, create a pro forma, and manage a real estate project. Josh Rogers, NewTown Macon’s President and CEO, will teach the class and share his real-world experience of developing historic properties in Macon’s urban core.
This course is limited to 30 people. Interested participants should complete a short application by 5pm on September 16 to be considered for the course. The fee is $100/person.
