- Downtown Macon French Fry Fight: Get ready for a fry-tastic celebration in Downtown Macon –now three days long! Join us from July 9th to July 11th where participating restaurants will serve up their best and most creative fry specials. After you try each mouthwatering fry creation, be sure to cast your vote for the top contender. The restaurant with the most votes will be crowned the Super Spud! AREA PREMIERE of The Prince of Egypt at Theatre Macon on July 11th! Synopsis: Journey through the wonders of Ancient Egypt as Ramses and Moses, two young men raised together as brothers in a kingdom of privilege, find themselves suddenly divided by a secret past. One must rule as Pharaoh, the other must rise up and free his true people; both face a destiny that will change history forever.

The McEachern has their summer group exhibition titled “ENTITIES” featuring four Georgia based artists: Jackson Griffith, Sierra Bush, Anna Noel, and Chris Friday.
- Lore Gallery (505 2nd St) 4PM-7PM
Lore Gallery will be open late from 4PM-7PM and is also offering guests wine and a 10% off discount! They have a wide range of handcrafts from the indigenous people of the rainforests of Panama and Colombia up through the Andes of Ecuador.
